Timestamp values of temp tables are wrongly displayed in Toad V5.6 -
Description
Example: COLUMN_1 of TOAD.TEMP_TABLE in DB2D displays value as "2014-09-10-09.17.54.775734189001".
Toad 5.6 displays the same COLUMN_1 value as "2014-09-10-11.27.11.3418".
Toad 5.0 displays the same COLUMN_1 value correctly up to the milliseconds ; "2014-09-10-09.17.54.999000".
