Null display as blank sometime -
Description
When we run a SQL statement using the Toad editor window - it shows a NULL value as {null} sometimes, or blank other times. This is misleading our testers - they open defects when it shows blanks when the value really is NULL. It is very inconsistant - it will show blank one execution (result set) - then run it again, then next result set show {null}.
