Quest Support Portal and Akamai Download Manager problems -
Description
I am having problems downloading Quest products from Support Portal. Added the product to the Add to Download, however, it seems Support Portal does one or any of the following:
- Freezes
- Loses selected files to download
- Prompts for Support Portal login credentials
- Stays in a loop prompting to select additional download choices
- Cannot find the files selected
