The Object Explorer is grayed out in the menu and notes "Not Licensed" next to it.
RESOLUTION 1:
Upgrade Toad for DB2 to a version that is 5.0 or newer.
RESOLUTION 2:
Delete keys form the Help | License window.
Look for and clear out all license.key files.
Start Toad and re-register your license key again.
RESOLUTION 3:
Contact the License department and request to have a new license key created that will work on v4.x. This is especially the case if you have an old format key (21 digit string, i.e. 0-12345-67890-67890-12345) .
