Description
When installing Toad for DB2 with a user that has admin rights, the following error appears:
'Error 0x800704c7: Failed to launch elevated child process: C:\Users\user_name\AppData\Local\Temp\{c8aece87-6278-4c7b-bbe1-061dc7638561}\.be\Toad_for_DB2_2017_Full.exe'

Cause
Permissions related -
Resolution
Although the user appears to have admin rights, this issue is still related to the Windows user permissions. There may be a higher level policy in place preventing the ability for the Windows user to run installers successfully. Also, verify the User Account Control (UAC) setting is set to 'Never Notify' for the installation.
