New catalog entries created in DB2 client via Toad are not recognized in Command Line and visa versa
Description

New database cataloged by the TOAD is not recognized by DB2 Command Line (CLP). And the database cataloged by DB2 CLP is not recognized by the TOAD DB2 client front end.
Resolution

WORKAROUND:

None.

STATUS:

Waiting for fix in a future release of Toad for DB2.

Additional Information

We have opened a Problem Management Record (PMR) with IBM. It is PMR 06424,756. Any catalog that was exported using a 32-bit client will appear to import correctly into the 64-bit client, but it ends up destroying the CLP and catalog access.
