Automation job does not generate email when job fails and "Email on Error" is set to True sett

User is running an automation job with "Email on Error" set to True setting. Toad is not generating an email when job fails and log file generates "Fail" status.
Resolution

WORKAROUND:
None
STATUS:
Waiting for fix to be released in a future version of Toad for DB2.
