Not able to disable getting Email Digests through Toad World's settings window -
Description
Setting the values to 'Not Subscribed' on the Settings Email Digests tab in Toad World does not work. Once they are set, if you go back to the home page and then back into Settings, the values are back to 'Subscribed to weekly digest' and the digests keep getting sent. -
Cause
There is a defect with this feature in Toad World, which is being worked on. -
Resolution
Hover over Product Communities and select the product you want to stop getting the Email Digests for. Once in the community for that product, on the right-hand side, there is a 'Get daily/weekly digest' option. Set this to 'Do not send a digest' in the drop-down'.
