If product license was purchased from Quest online store, then use the Database Tools License Portal to locate the product license from Personal Licenses or Organization Licenses overview page and follow below steps to adjust the subscription renewal setting. See below tutorial video.
If product license was purchased from an account representative, then contact them directly or via Contact My Sales Rep.
