Description
I'm receiving an error when using the Export Wizard to export a query that contains a bind variable:
For Example:Go to Tools | Export | Export Wizard and select "Query" from the export category. Paste a query that contains a bind variable and export to a file:i.e. SELECT * FROM sys.dba_indexes WHERE Table_Name like (:Table_name);The wizard indicates the export failed with the following log errors:Thread (23) Export Started [9/20/2010 2:25:04 PM]

Resolution
WORKAROUND:
Run the query with the Bind Variable in the editor and from the result set, right-click and select Export | Export Wizard, and the export will be successful.STATUS:Waiting for fix to be released in a future version of Toad for Data Analysts. -
