Unable to open Toad files from Project Manager, after upgrade -
Description
After upgrading to version 5.0.4, Toad files will not open from the Project Manager. Double-clicking on an Excel file works, but a .tas, .txp, etc. will not. The files are being accessed via a Directory Shortcut in the Project Manager.
