I would like to be able to perform several and separate Data Exports (from data results of different queries) and append those data exports to an existing Access Database (as a new table) without overwriting the existing tables that are already in it. Toad for Data Analysts cannot add new query results (as additional table) to an existing Access DB file. In my test, TDA always overwrote the existing Access DB file. I also tried this in Toad for Oracle and Toad for Oracle is capable of adding subsequent query results to an existing Access DB file as additional tables without overwriting the data already in it.
My Steps:
1) Run a query
2) Right-Click the data results grid | Export | Export Wizard | choose "Access Database File" or "Access Database File (2007)"
3) Finish the Export.
4) Run another query
5) Perform Step 2 above on the new query results
6) The new Export overwrites the existing Access Database File. The previous Export is gone.
