Columns removed in SQL Recall pane cannot be restored. (4285025)

In SQL Recall if I remove columns from the "Executed" tab, there is no way to restore them. It looks like right-clicking and selecting Column Chooser would do it but the Column Chooser has nothing in it.

WORKAROUND:
1. Close out of TDA. It won't work if TDA is not closed.
2. Go to C:\Documents and Settings\<user>\Local Settings\Application Data\Quest Software\Toad for Data Analysts 2.1\SQLRecall.
3. In there you will see SQLRecallExecutedLayout.xml. Please rename it to SQLRecallExecutedLayout.xml_OLD.
4. Restart your TDA.
