Installation, Upgrade to 3.6 generates Base Exception & Invalid URI: Invalid port specified (4265964)

Upgrading from Toad Data Point version 3.5 to 3.6 generates the following errors.

Toad Data Point 3.6.0.3276 System.UriFormatException InvalidURI:Invalid port specified Stack Trace: At System.Uri.CreateThis(String uri, Boolean dontEscape, UriKind uriKind)
