User performing Data Compare between two Excel connections.
Compare is saved to a DCP compare file and closed.
File is reopened at a later time and Change Data option is used to update the compare.
In Change Data wizard, the Cell Range pane where user can select a different range of data shows as a blank sheet for both files and so compare cannot be updated.
WORKAROUND
In Change Data wizard refresh the connections by switching source and target databases.
STATUS
Issue fixed in version 2.7.
