Description
When connecting to a smartsheet (smartsheet.com) table, via ODBC 3.0, Toad connects ok, but when you open the Object Explorer, the following error appears:

There was an error executing an SQL query: 'table "your_table_name" already exists' (1)

The error in the debug log is:
ERROR Quest.Toad.Exceptions.DatabaseException: ODBC Database Error ---> Quest.Toad.NativeOdbc.NativeOdbcException: There was an error executing an SQL query: 'table "your_table_name" already exists' (1)
