Unable to export data to an MS Access database using the read-only version (4242723)

When using the Toad for Data Analysts read-only version to export a database object (e.g table, query, etc.) to an Access database, the following error message is displayed "This export format is not licensed."

Steps to replicate:

1. Select the Automate tab in Toad for Data Analysts
2. Add a Database Connection to the Toad Automation Script
3. Add an Export Wizard to the Database Connection
4. Double-click the Export Wizard
5. Select Export Template | Build Export template
6. Select a query as the object to export to Ms Access. Click Next
7. Select 'Access Database File' as the Output Format. Click Next

Expected results:
The database object is exported to the Access database.

Actual results:
Error message is displayed "This export format is not licensed."
