The script of a Function or Procedure does not appear in the Script tab in DB2 10.1 DB
Description
When connected to a DB2 10.1 database, the script of a Function or Procedure does not appear in the Script tab in the Object Explorer, but a script from a Trigger or View displays correctly.

IBM issue
Resolution
There are two IBM PTFs that exclusively deal with problem(s) on 10.1 servers:
IC96725 IC96837
IC96725 deals directly with the issue of not being able to see the script. IC96837 deals with the inability to run a DEBUG session.
These are both issues we found with 10.1 server.
Note: IC96725 – if you decide to take the local fix action, you must set the QUERY OPTIMIZATION LEVEL on the SERVER to a value other than zero.
