Description
The following error is given when trying to query DB2 in the cross connection editor:
"Cross Query Database Error
'Invalid data source definition: Data source name not found and no default driver specified'"
Running a query, using the native DB2 UDB connection, in Toad's general editor works. Running a query on a SQL Server database in the cross-connection editor works. However, when trying to query DB2 database in the cross connection editor it errors out.

Cause
Missing or corrupt ODBC DSN setup for DB2. -
Resolution
The cross connection editor uses ODBC in the background to run the query. Verify that a DSN for the DB2 ODBC driver is set up and working. Create it if none exists, else recreate it if exist but is not working with the cross connection editor. -
