Error running a SQL script in Automation: "Object reference not set to an instance of an object. -
Description
User adds a SQL script file in Automation model and tests the automation. SQL file does run and log file shows the following error:
"Script_1.log: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
Script_1.log: at System.Windows.Forms.Control.MarshaledInvoke(Control caller, Delegate method, Object[] args, Boolean synchronous)
at System.Windows.Forms.Control.Invoke(Delegate method, Object[] args)
at Quest.Toad.Util.Global.Invoke(Delegate handler, Object[] args)"Script file holds a Select statement that runs OK via Editor or Query Builder.

Cause
The path holding file contains a subfolder with the name "updates" as such:
C:\Program Files\Updates..." -
Resolution
Workaround 1:
Rename subfolder to remove the word "updates" or change path of fileWorkaround 2:
