WORKAROUND:
Use a local TNSNames.ORA file for Oracle connections.

Additional Information
Make a backup copy of Sqlnet.ora, and edit the NAMES.DIRECTORY_PATH in this file to remove LDAP parameter and rename the LDAP.ora file.
