Where do I need to place to ProductLicenses.xml for ALL USERS for entire terminal server? -
Description
When more than one user is plugged into a terminal server, each user must enter licence key each time they want to login to Toad Datapoint. This would be the case where you have a number of users plugged into a Citrix Terminal Server.

Cause
The ProductLicence.xml file is just located in the local user folder and not in a central location.

Resolution
WORKAROUND- Close Toad Datapoint
- Navigate to the Local User folder in C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Local Settings\Application Data\Quest Software
- Copy the ProductLicenses.xml file
- Navigate to the "Program Data" folder. Please note its a hidden folder located in C:\ProgramData\Quest Software\ProductLicenses.xml
- Paste the ProductLicences.xml file in here.
- Launch Toad Datapoint again.
- Toad should now save the licence key for each user on the Terminal Server.
