How Toad Data Point manage referential constraint in databases when doing compare and synchronization tasks. -
Resolution
Toad Data Point uses the mapping between tables (which is customizable) to compare rows in tables. Multiple tables can be included in the one compare or synchronization task, but Toad does not follow constraints. It is up to the programmer to ensure, that the order of tables synchronized will not cause the constraint violation error.
Toad Data Point will not drop or recreate tables, indexes or constraints. Just DML SQL statements are generated.
