Getting "Internal Error 2739" when installing Toad Data Modeler

Resolution
1. On the Start menu, click All Programs | Accessories.
2. Right-click Command Prompt and choose “Run as administrator” from the shortcut menu (if you have this option). Otherwise, open it normally.
3. If you see User Account Control dialog, click Continue on it.
4. In Command Prompt window change directories to:
For 64 bit OS: C:\Windows\SysWow64
For 32 bit OS:C:\Windows\System32
5. At the command prompt type the following:
regsvr32 jscript.dll
6. A message should appear stating "DllRegisterServer in jscript.dll succeeded."
7. Close window and run Toad installer as silent install
