"Error Accessing the OLE Registry" when launching Toad Data Modeler (TDM) from Citrix
It is written in Release Notes in section Getting Started.
"... To install Toad Data Modeler successfully, Administrator privileges are necessary...."
It is necessary to run TDM 4.2 with "administrator" rights. This should solve the problem.
