Erorr " Access Violation at address XXXXXXXX .... Read of address 00000000" when launching or opening model (4315791)

Encountered "Access Violation at address XXXXXXXX .... Read of address 00000000"

This error can occur when opening TDM or performing some actions in TDM.

or

 "...unexpected error during loading of model"

Model is corrupted or having errors due to many inconsistencies. 

The model may be repaired by doing the following:

Enable Expert Mode:

1. Go to menu Settings | General | check on Expert Mode and click 'OK'

Test/Repair:

1. Windows | View Application mode if not open
2. Right-click the model at the Application View and use Test/Repair Model functions, which may be able to locate the inconsistencies and delete them, so the model can be viewed again, and the errors fixed where possible.
