Every time Toad Data Modeler (TDM) is launched a dialogue box saying "The following directories do not exists and cannot be created. The directories are necessary for Toad Data Modeler to run correctly. Do you still want to run Toad Data Modeler" If 'Yes' is selected, other messages display, such as, "User Package missing":
