Toad Data Modeler hangs or takes very long time to load during splash screen. -
Description
User tries to launch Toad Data Modeler (TDM) but it appears to hang at the splash screen. The user had imported a large number of tables from their schema into their the last time they were working in TDM.

Cause
Toad Data Modeler may take a long time to launch due to the large number of tables or large model. Performance depends on client machine specifications, model size, and network connection.

Resolution
RESOLUTION:
Allow Toad Data Modeler to run until it launches. After it launches, try removing some tables or work on smaller models at a time.
