'Bookmark object has already been defined' when generating an HTML Difference Report -
Description
When attempting to create a difference HTML report between two TDM models, it crashes with the the error: 'Bookmark object has already been defined'.

Cause
This is caused by corruption in the data models.

Resolution
Backup the models and then try converting the models to the same target database platform as they were created originally.
For example, if they are originally Oracle 11.1 models, the would be 'converted' to Oracle 11.1 again.
