Get message saying maintenance is expired when downloading. -
Description
Unable to download installer for latest version. When trying to download, the following message is returned.
"Our records show that your maintenance is expired. Please contact Support Renewals to renew your support" -
Cause
Support Maintenance contract has expired and is not longer valid. In order to download, there must be a valid maintenance support contract for the account. -
Resolution
Contact our Renewals group to renew support. Click here for contact information for Renewals department.
