Generation of HTML report doesn't remember the 'Save to folder path' with v5.5 (4236578)

In v5.5, when generating a new HTML report or re-running a saved action, the save path is always overridden by the default one.

Steps to recreate:

1. Click on Generate HTML Report
2. Change the path for Save to Folder
3. Run Report
4. Close the screen
5. Open Generate HTML report screen again
6. The path points to the default one

WORKAROUND:
Go to: Settings Menu | Options | Paths | Reports tab and change the default path for given report type. The Report Generation Wizard will then use this as default.
