Database Throughput And Concurrency By Time

Use the charts in the Throughput and Concurrency sub-page to view how the combination of ALL database resources affects the performance of the database over time, as measured by database throughput and database concurrency.

Database Throughput by Time Predicts how the speed at which data moves through the database will change over the forecast period.
Database Concurrency by Time

Predicts how the number of users connected to the database will change over the forecast period.

You can view the Database Throughput and Concurrency by Time sub-page via one of these pages:

Why Will Database Resources Reach Their Ceiling?
  1. Set the criteria for predicting why resources will reach their ceiling.
  2. Choose the combinations of metrics to represent Throughput Metrics and Concurrency Metrics.
  3. Click the Throughput and Concurrency tab.
What Database Resources Are Needed?
  1. Set the criteria for predicting what resources are needed.
  2. Set the combination of hypothetical load and future date that you want to model.
  3. Click Show Database Throughput and Concurrency by Time.
