Use the buttons on the toolbar to configure the way the grid presents information.

• See "Show, Hide & Order Columns" (page 1) for more information.

Note: Individual toolbar buttons may not be available for some grids.

Use the buttons on the ribbon to configure the way the grid presents information.

Note: Individual ribbon buttons may not be available for some grids

Information is displayed in the body of the grid.

Right-click on the information to:

• Select Multiple Rows (page 1)
• Restore Default Settings (page 1)
• Save to File (page 1)
• Copy to Clipboard (page 1)
• Sort the Grid (page 1)
• View the data in a Spotlight chart. Select View as Chart.

• View help on using the Spotlight grid in your analysis. Select What's This?.

  Tip: The What's This? help may have a Show Me button. Click Show Me to open related drilldowns for further diagnosis.

• Freeze the first column or word-wrap text. See "Grid Properties" (page 1) for more information.

You can also select multiple rows. See "Select Multiple Rows" (page 1) for more information.

Notes: 

• Not all items are available with all grids.
• If not all the grid can be seen all at the one time then scroll bars allow you to choose the visible portion.
