Can't save Query to file with web client
Description

Using Windows 7 & IE 8, I can't save the query results to any type of file (csv, excel, pdf, text).
It produces Java errors.
Cause

Java version needs to be updated.
Resolution

Update Java version to jdk1.6.0_30 from jdk1.6.0_25
