Does Stat need be on the same server of Oracle E-Business? -
Description
Up to now, our stat central agent is installed on the same server of Oracle E-Business apps. We want to know if it is ok for stat central agent and EBS on separate servers, and on different platforms. For example, EBS is on Solaris, and stat central agent on Linux.

Resolution
Stat central agent and Oracle E-Business apps can be on different platforms. However Stat Ora agent needs to be installed on the same machine with serving Oracle E-Business apps installation
