Past due status transfer escalation email get trigger when status transfer not ready
Description

I have configured past due status transfer escalation when it’s at a specific status such as system test. Although approval hasn’t been met, but stat would send out email notifying the user that status transfer is ready.
Cause

Target status was not set in the criteria
Resolution

For example: Criteria need to be set to csr status is approved and Target Status is Deploy in Prod.
