CSR won't delete peoplesoft projects -

I have a developer that created a a csr to remove projects from peoplesoft and it doesn't seem to be working. I get a log that is doing processes to the staging but doesn't delete from there or the target

Resolution
No previous version of Stat was able to successfully delete a project definition.
Project definitions are moved two ways in Stat - either through AppDesigner (when migrating a PeopleSoft project with its objects) or through DataMover (when migrating PeopleSoft project definitions as CSR objects). The project definition doesn't appear on the appdesigner upgrade tab where copy/delete options are set and performed via migration - so deleting it through an appdesigner migration isn't ever going to happen.
Development is investigating how deletes might be performed through the execution of a datamover script, but this will not be something a quick patch/hotfix will be able to accomplish
