Ora Agent Not Communicating with STAT Agent - "Pending/NEW" status -
Description
We have installed the STAT Agent and Ora-STAT Agent. We have configure STAT. When we go to Product Update the Job never leaves the "Pending/NEW" State. It seems the Agents are not communicating with each other.

Cause
The SysProcessMercOAEvents process for the AGENT_SYSTEM_JOB table is disabled.

Resolution
The SysProcessMercOAEvents process for the AGENT_SYSTEM_JOB table is disabled. Make sure to enable column to Y for SysProcessMercOAEvents.
Note: Enabling MercOAEvent System Job is for Stat Oracle E-Business Suite Only
