We have installed the STAT Agent and Ora-STAT Agent. We have configure STAT. When we go to Product Update the Job never leaves the "Pending/NEW" State. It seems the Agents are not communicating with each other.
The SysProcessMercOAEvents process for the AGENT_SYSTEM_JOB table is disabled.
The SysProcessMercOAEvents process for the AGENT_SYSTEM_JOB table is disabled. Make sure to enable column to Y for SysProcessMercOAEvents.
