Resolution
Check Stat INI Editor and make sure that you can perform successful test connection. Also, check the stat.ini file and make sure it has the Stat database information profile in it. -
Additional Information
Unable to complete 'First Pass' login. Please notify System Administrator. Response is: SQLCODE = -1, SQLDBCode=999, SQLNRows=0, SQLErrText=An error occurred, but error text could not be retrieved due to a failure in the error handler.
