After configured new STAT tool and trying to load products during the Application setting the error below is received in the log and the Agent status has the message "sent to the Agent" but nothing progress.
Checking the log file of the central agent the error is:
WARN [SimpleConnectionManager] A problem has been detected with the connection to remote client 4sp5g3g-sz4gxk-i2erjil1-1-i2erl2na-f, jmsClientID=b-e4kjre2i-1-1lijre2i-kxg4zs-g3g5ps4. It is possible the client has exited without closing its connection(s) or the network has failed. All associated connection resources will be cleaned up.
WARN [BisocketClientInvoker] Unable to send ping: shutting down PingTimerTask java.net.SocketException: Broken pipe
Restarting the Oracle EBiz Agent the loading completes successfully but after a while it does not work with the same message "sent to Agent".
