Some questions over three scenarios about the CSR status updated by Web Services -
Description
Scenario 1:When using the web service to update an existing CSR to a status (using csr.setStatusCode) that has the ‘Closed’ property selected.I receive the following error:ERROR: Property is Invalid/ Required: ResolutionIt was found that if calling the web service to update the CSR resolution and then call the web service to update the CSR Status, that it works.Is this the correct process or is there a way to invoke the web service update one time and pass both CSR resolution and CSR status ?Scenario 2:Attempting to pass the CSR close date via the web service an error is received:setCloseDate(javax.xml.datatype.XMLGregorianCalendar) in com.quest.stat.ui.webservice.csr.CSRType cannot be applied to (java.lang.String).Does support have an example of how to successfully pass this value into the web service ?Scenario 3:When changing the status of a CSR using the web service, the status field is updated as expected but it doesn't reflect the change in the workflow.For example, even though the status is Cancelled, the workflow remains on Open.Is there something that can be done to have these values synchronized ?
