Title
After change the user password from the Menu, the user cannot fetch any file objects. -
Description
After change the user password from the Menu, the user cannot fetch any file objects and raises a JSON columnMapping elements error. However, if the user log off and log in again the file objects are fetched without problem.

Cause
When the password is changed from the Menu | Change Password, the password is cached in the REST and need to be re-cached.
This has been identified as bug STAT-5257 fixed in the next Stat 6.3.0 release.

Resolution
Solution:
1. Log off and Log in from the Stat Client as a workaround
2. As the issue will be fixed in the next Stat 6.3, upgrade to Stat 6.3 when it will be released.
