Open CSR, navigating across tabs from Migration Path and below, randomly a popup is raised about changes were in place -
Description
Under different scenarios and randomly, a popup is raised saying that were done some changes even no update were in place. -
Cause
Defect STAT-5686 -
Resolution
Development identified the issue as defect STAT-5686 and targeted it in the Stat 6.3 HF-e.
Meanwhile customer can apply the a one-off file attached here at the client side performing the steps below:
1. Backup the file stcsr1.pdb
2. Download and put the one-off file (stcsr1_one-off.pdb) at the same directory where you installed the Stat client.
3. Rename it as its original name (stcsr1.pdb).
4. Log out of the Stat client and login again.
