The Approval List tab remains grayed out after having the "Req. Migr. Approval" checkbox checked for the appropriate environment in PeopleSoft Connect maintenance window.
If the user has a de-activated entry under GenApp Connection with a identical environment code as the one in PeopleSoft Connection, checking the “Req. Migr. Approval” checkbox on the PeopleSoft Connection entry will not enable the Approval List tab.
User must also have the “Req. Migr. Approval” option checked on the de-activated GenApp Connection entry in order for the Approval List to become active.
