After upgrade to Stat 5.7.0 it's not possible to save a workflow
Description

After upgrade to Stat 5.7.0 from 5.6.3 it's not possible to save the workflow because all buttons are missing. There are no OK, Cancel, Print and etc buttons.
Cause

There were two known issue about Screen Resolution (Stat-747) and another one about the icon size setting in preferences.
Resolution

In this case it was because the icons setting. Changed the icons to 100% (default) instead of 125%.
