Generating Stat reports raise General Error when the SCA is HTTPS
Description

Go to Reports | Report Wizard. Select any report and click on the Generate button, and you will get a 'General Error' message.

This happens in Stat 6.2 HF-f, with SCA configured over HTTPS.

Even changing the REST parameters below through Maintenance | General | System Maintenance | Parameters tab, the error remains:

- 'REST calls timeout in seconds' = 180

- 'Protocol for Rest HTTPS' = 4
Cause

Development identified this issue on the client side when the SCA is over HTTPS.
Resolution

WORKAROUND:

Apply the attached pbhttpclient170.dll to address the issue, depending on whether you installed Stat Client 32-bit or 64-bit. It needs to be applied to the Stat Windows Client.
