Able to still log in with LDAP credential even if the LDAP is inactive
Description

After setting the LDAP in Stat 6.3 HF-a, and tested it works for SAM Accounts. In case the LDAP is inactivated, the user is still able to log in with the LDAP credential. The user is expecting Stat shoud not log in or an error is returned. Is it a bug?
Cause

It's not a bug. It's how it is desgined.
Resolution

LDAP enabled has three-level setting in Stat:
- System Maintenance
- LDAP Setting
- User Maintenance
For the scenario, once you set the system, the LDAP Setting, and assign it to the user and then inactive the LDAP set, you are still able to login with the LDAP credential.
If you uncheck the flag LDAP at the user level in the User table, then you are not able to log in anymore with LDAP and have to use the Stat User login and password.
Same if you uncheck the flag 'Enable LDAP' at the System level. So, it follows the order listed above.
