Java Errors in stat_agent.log
Description

We are receiving a great deal of java errors in our stat_agent.log file. The errors are all similar to this:
ERROR [QuartzWorkerThread-8] (ProcessArchiveActivityJob.java:119) - Process Object Job Failed: javax.ejb.EJBException: java.lang.NullPointerException
Stopping the agent, clean the TMP and WORK directory, re-install Java version don't help.
Cause

There were some old CSRs not processed or in the middle of the process.
Resolution

The issue has been verified querying the repository table as below:
1. select * from MERC_PS_SWAT_EVENT WHERE PROCESS_STATUS <>2. This found some CSRs not correctly handled.
2. Update MERC_PS_SWAT_EVENT set PROCESS_STATUS=2 where process_status <>2
3. Clean the tmp and work directory
4. start the agent and the problem went
