CSR migration stays in Progress or Read Only Mode for AOL Objects
Description

CSR stays in Read-Only Mode after adding AOL Objects or Migration stays in Progress forever. There are no objects in "clock" status. Trying to add only one object. That object shows "Lock" sign. The Objects tab show read-Only OR the CSR migration stays in Read Only forever. The OA log shows the error:
- HQ122001: Unhandled exception thrown from onMessage java.lang.NullPointerException
at com.quest.stat.oracle.util.ObjectType.isUsedOnThisServer(ObjectType.java:412)
at com.quest.stat.oracle.OAStatAgent$mainProcessor.processMsg(OAStatAgent.java:1328)
at com.quest.stat.oracle.OAStatAgent$mainProcessor.onMessage(OAStatAgent.java:1203)
Cause

The new Ebiz environment not configured properly.
Resolution

When defining a new EBS environment in STAT, you have to take care of the below:
1. The Application server should be accessible from SCA.
2. Once Stat Oracle Agent is up take care to 'Update Products' for each newly created environment. Screenshot attached.
