On STAT Windows client, a CSR status transfer arrow between 2 boxes is RED.
However, when double clicking the arrow, it appears all the required Approvals are granted with the green checks in the popup. Attempt to change status is not allowed.
On STAT Web client, the same CRS shows BLUE arrow between the 2 status boxes. The status transfer can actually proceed.
